Sue Wilde - Founder of Inner Garden Health
Sue is certified with the National Board of Colon Hydrotherapy (NBCHT), Certified instructor of colon hydrotherapy with the International Association for Colon Hydrotherapy (I-ACT), and a Certified Yoga Instructor.
She started her healing journey 30+ years ago when she was diagnosed with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome after a demanding 15-year career with Canadian Airlines. Debilitated and unable to work, she knew she had to change her life physically, mentally and spiritually.
Sue began a lengthy journey to discover ways to regain her health. Her path began with yoga and naturopathy and evolved into a deep dive into meditation and Ayurvedic medicine. She attended 3 Vipassana retreats and found deeper mental and spiritual support through a rebirthing and clearing process during her Practitioners training at Clearmind Institute. Working with Ayurvedic Doctors in Florida, she did a series of 10-day Panchakarma cleanses and this is where she first experienced the transformative power of colonics. Then in 2000, she and her husband attended the Optimum Health Institute (O.H.I.) in San Diego for 4 weeks, where she engaged in a daily detox program, drinking and implanting wheatgrass juice, and learned how to prepare raw foods, grow wheatgrass, and micro greens.
After this 7-year healing journey, she returned home feeling energized and years younger. She was inspired to share her knowledge to support others on their healing journeys, and in 2000, Inner Garden Wheatgrass and Colon therapy was born.
Sue is passionate about sharing the knowledge she has gained and experienced over 30+ years in order to help clients enjoy abundant health.
And Sue is thrilled to extend that passion to those wanting to become a colon hydrotherapist. In 2022 she expanded Inner Garden Health and opened the Inner Garden School of Colon Hydrotherapy, a program for training and certifying colon hydrotherapists.
