My Favourite Super Juice Recipe

  • 1/2 lime
  • 2 apples
  • 1/4 pineapple
  • 1/4 cucumber
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1 oz. wheatgrass juice
  • 1 teaspoon spirulina
  • 1 opened capsule pro biotic
  • 4 ice cubes

Juice apples, pineapple, cucumber, wheatgrass and lime. Put avocado and ice, and remaining ingredients into blender with juice. Blend until smooth. Enjoy!

Pineapple juice acts as a liver flush/cleanser. Pineapple contains copious amounts of the enzyme Bromelain which is a potent anti-inflammatory.

Shave the outside of the pineapple and juice the entire fruit including the mineral-enzyme rich center
